A veteran-led facility services partner with nearly three decades of proven performance.
Founded in 1995 in Goldsboro, North Carolina. Headquartered in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina.
Founded on service. Built on results.
Deep Reflection, Inc. was established in 1995 by a service-disabled veteran who believed the discipline and accountability of military service belonged in the facility services industry. From a single contract in Goldsboro, North Carolina, the company has grown into a trusted multi-service provider for federal agencies, state governments, and enterprise clients.
Today, we support facilities ranging from federal office buildings and healthcare campuses to industrial sites and public spaces. Our reputation is built on quiet consistency — showing up, doing the work, and letting the results speak.
"You see a problem... We see a solution!"

Julius A. Howell, Sr. is a service-disabled U.S. Air Force veteran with 22 years of military service as a KC-10 Extender boom operator, conducting aerial refueling operations in support of U.S. and allied air missions. He carried that discipline, safety culture, and logistics expertise directly into business.
He founded Deep Reflection, Inc. in 1995 and grew it into one of western North Carolina's premier janitorial service and supply companies — a partner to more than 15 federal and state agencies and 12 large businesses, employing more than 200 full- and part-time staff over the company's history. Under his leadership the company completed nine years in the SBA 8(a) Business Development Program and has performed for the Department of Defense, Veterans Affairs, FAA, NOAA, Department of Homeland Security, FEMA, and NCDOT.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, he opened company warehouses to support local businesses, schools, daycares, nursing homes, and emergency response facilities, and established dockside import partnerships in Norfolk, VA, Savannah, GA, and Orlando, FL to keep supply lines open when national distribution stalled.
